  • Brendons were instructed to dispose of a Burger King unit in London following a franchisee going into liquidation. Within 4 days of instruction, three suitable tenants had been proposed, delivering a rental uplift of 45%, as well as a substantial premium. Heads of Terms were agreed with a major national retailer, which provided the landlord with a first class covenant.
  • Brendons were instructed to provide a freehold value for a dilapidated office building. The tenants were relocating and had been offered £900,000 for the freehold by a developer, and were seeking a professional opinion. Upon visiting the site, Brendons were able to advise the owner of the full potential of their building, assessing the redevelopment options. After introducing four interested parties, a sale price in excess of £2.7m was agreed with a major construction company within four weeks of the initial visit.
